Salesforce Administrator

The Salesforce Administrator will work closely with key internal stakeholders to drive the successful set up and ongoing maintenance of the Salesforce platform while liaising with third party providers. As a key platform to managing students internally, the role plays a major part in enabling teams to deliver the highest level of customer service and student experience possible. We are looking for an absolute team player with a can do attitude.

Program Director of Nursing

The primary purpose of this crucial position is to champion excellence in the online delivery of a Nursing program with Western Sydney University Online by ensuring that the programs in the nursing portfolio meet evidence based pedagogy principles to promote best practice in online design and delivery.

Day to day the Program Director of Nursing will foster a collaborative partnership with Western Sydney University academics and Online Education Services to develop and review the pedagogy and structure of the Nursing programs. As a people manager, they will oversee and inspire a team of Online Learning Advisors and Unit Coordinators to provide student centric learning opportunities for Nursing students as well as motivate them to thrive in a flexible, high performance and engaged work environment.

Course Consultant

Our team of Course Consultants are responsible for helping our prospective students progress their enquiry through to enrollment, using phone, email & live chat. 

All leads are warm, and through a consultative sales approach you will assist students once they have taken the first step to contact us. As part of the sales process you will provide detailed and at times complex career & study related information about our online courses, to guide students through the important decision making process.

You will be expected to work autonomously and be accountable for your targets, think for yourself, push the boundaries and above all bring a high level of energy and passion to the team.

Customer Analyst

As our Customer Analyst you will use analytical skills to evaluate the effectiveness of various campaigns and innovations that are designed to improve student retention rates. The focus of this role is performing statistical and data based analytics, which will require strong technical skills including base coding and programming across R or SAS, and other analytical tools. Your work will be critical to informing and influencing key strategic decisions across the business so it is important that you are able to communicate your results in a meaningful way.

Student Advisor

As a Student Advisor you are crucial to our commitment to supporting students through their learning journey.  Day-to-day you'll be speaking to students via phone, email and web chatter, and will be their first point of contact for any queries or issues relating to their study.
