Accreditation and Process Coordinator

The role

The Accreditation and Process Coordinator is responsible for accurately documenting and circulating unit and course accreditation to the required stakeholders. This role works with and provides authoritative advice on accreditation process to the Program Directors, Learning Designers, Student Operations team and key stakeholders at our partner Universities.

This role requires someone with strong attention to detail, therefore we are looking for someone who is highly organised, enjoys working autonomously and willing to take on a challenge!

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinating, advising, distributing, and maintaining accurate accreditation records.
  • Providing authoritive advice and guidelines on determining student progress conditions.
  • Writing student progress letters, exclusions and conditions, that are student centric and accurate
  • Managing all progress review responsibilities ensuring they are handled within the required timelines and all documentation is recorded correctly for compliance and audit purpose.
  • Coordinating student satisfaction surveys and communications across partner universities

Must have’s

  • Excellent written and Verbal communication skills
  • Tertiary level qualification
  • Administrative experience and exposure to programs such as Salesforce, Student management systems and Excel
  • Strong stakeholder management skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Experience in the Education industry advantageous
