About the role?
Day to day, you will be responsible for the leadership and management of our continuous delivery streams and partner implementations. In this role, you will be key to driving a high-performance delivery culture, shaping the pipeline of work across all partnerships and supporting strategic growth opportunities.
You will play a critical role in shaping how we deliver and scale our systems to provide an outstanding student experience across all partners that is also operationally efficient. Day to day operations will include leading a team of Delivery Leads, engaging stakeholders across the business, planning the program of work, supporting business development opportunities across APAC and globally, and further developing partner relationships as well as managing budgets. You will also be expected to provide hands on delivery management for prominent initiatives and act as an escalation point for all delivery streams.
You will be passionate about delivering customer value and look to promote agile ways of working across the organisation.
