Communications Coordinator

The role: 

Our Communications Coordinator is an experienced communications practitioner who can spot a news story at 50 paces, can write for internal and external audiences with ease and can establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders easily. Duties will be diverse with a focus on internal communications, public relations, media relations and government relations.

You’ll be someone who is happy working across a dynamic and varied portfolio of work, be a self-starter and enjoy working as part of a small team.

About you: 

  • Formal qualifications in Communications or Public Relations
  • 3-5 years’ experience working as part of an in-house communications team
  • Experience in internal communications, PR and Media is preferable
  • Experience developing internal messaging, content and positioning of senior leaders.
  • Experience in identifying and developing news angles and stories for media pitching
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to write engaging content for a range of different channels and audiences
