Customer Analyst (SEEK)

As our Customer Analyst you will use analytical skills to evaluate a wide range of text heavy data to understand various jobseeker and study insights and trends across the workforce. This role may also be involved with analysing the effectiveness of various campaigns and innovations that are designed to improve student retention rates.

The focus of this role is performing statistical and data based analytics using SEEK Ltd data, which will require strong technical skills including base coding and programming across R or SAS, and other analytical tools.

Your work will be critical to informing and influencing key strategic decisions across the business so it is important that you are able to communicate your results in a meaningful way.

About you

  • Experience with the Natural Language model
  • Tertiary qualification in a statistical  / analytics based subject.
  • At least 3 years analytical experience within a campaign, marketing or customer focused role.
  • Ability to give results commercial meaning and communicate these ideas to a variety of stakeholders.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to build relationships.
  • Demonstrated experience using SAS or R.
  • Ability to work autonomously and be accountable.
