Education Innovation Analyst

This role is a 6 month maternity leave contract. The role’s primary purpose is to inform, coordinate and support strategic projects across the business. This may be through researching new technologies and exploring how they can be applied across OES’ current and new product offerings. The role provides subject matter expertise on technology, online pedagogy, implementation, and, most importantly, the vision for our student experience.

Key responsibilities:

  • Identify, assess customise new technologies that can be applied at OES
  • Continue to trial and build out innovation ideas
  • Support the maintenance and execution of the OES technology innovation roadmap
  • Support further process and system improvements
  • Make services and support available to assist partners in meeting strategic goal
  • Support the planning, exploration and launch of OES’s alternative education products
  • Support the assessment and research requirements of the Strategy team and Growth Initiatives teams
  • Support strategy revision and execution

About you:

  • High level Commercial acumen
  • Minimum bachelor degree
  • Ability to synthesise & summarise information
  • Highly developed interpersonal skills & stakeholder management
  • High level research skills
  • A strong understanding learner experience principles and how they underpin OES’s vision
  • A strong understanding in online pedagogical models, their use and application
  • A passion for the positive use of technology to enhance teaching and learning in education
  • Ability to synthesise information into clear, compelling business cases, project proposals and research papers
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
