Enterprise Sales Manager

The role:

This is a newly created role at OES, reflecting our ambitious growth agenda. OES has grown rapidly in its first ten years and the Enterprise Sales Manager will play a critical role in driving continued growth as we expand into new services and new markets.  The Enterprise Sales Manager is responsible for securing new clients for OES Services which will be full service contracts (OPM) or single unbundled solutions (OPE). This will be achieved by developing and executing an effective sales strategy, building strategic relationships, building channels and proactively building a substantial pipeline of opportunities and successfully meeting/exceeding sales targets.

The role will manage and close deals with both new opportunities and contacts as well as manage client relationships with an existing pipeline and growing portfolio.  This is a new services channel, and is best suited to someone comfortable with Greenfields projects and proactively engaging with new commercial prospects.

This role will suit an experienced sales leader who has the hunger and passion to shape our enterprise sales strategy and to pursue ambitious growth. You will thrive in ambiguity and help the organisation to evolve and thrive in the rapidly changing education sector.

About you:

  • 7+ years’ experience within a similar role
  • A proven track record in field based B2E (Enterprise) sales, ideally within the university/education sector
  • Proven network within the Tertiary/Education sector in order to leverage revenue from such relationships
  • An ability to “operate in the grey” and an action-oriented approach
  • Ability to work in new business territory, building out & revising pipelines
  • Excellent communication, relationship building and interpersonal skills
  • A positive proactive attitude, with an unyielding passion for success
  • Sound product and industry knowledge coupled with the ability to deal with clients at all levels and translate client needs
