Reporting directly to the Executive Director, Sales and Marketing, the Head of Advertising will be responsible for overseeing a small team across Advertising and Social Media. The role will be responsible for the development and execution of a 2020 advertising plan, which will form part of Online Education Services’s overall marketing strategy and performance goals.
This role will be responsible for creating, leading and measuring the impact of a predominantly digital advertising strategy across multiple education brands by creating and deploying multi-channel demand generation campaigns for the company’s product suite.
The ability to evaluate campaigns across multiple criteria including relevant response rates, cost/revenue analysis, cost per lead, cost per acquisition, qualitative key learnings, and overall results is essential. As reporting is a critical aspect of this role, it will suit someone who is in their element as a data-driven marketer.
The ideal candidate will be a self-starting change agent with outstanding digital advertising, project management and leadership capabilities.
