About the role?
As an integral part of the HR team, this role is responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment and contracts administration of our remote workforce of online facilitators (eLearning Advisors and Online Learning Advisors).
Day to day you will be managing the internal and external relationships across OES partner Universities as well as the high-volume administration tasks associated with their employment and on boarding. The role will suit someone who is proactive and efficient, thrives off being busy and works with a sense of urgency. Successful delivery relies heavily on accurate information so will suit someone with extremely high attention to detail who enjoys working with administrative tasks and process improvement.
About you
We are looking for someone that has extensive administrative experience in a high-volume environment. Ideally, you will have hands on experience in recruitment or a demonstrated interest in Human Resources, people and recruitment.
