Lead BI Analyst

The role

The primary purpose of this role is to lead the ongoing development and improvement of a self-serve reporting suite which meets the needs of all teams up to executive level at OES, insuring both integrity & useability of the information.

The focus of this role is to understand the different reporting needs of stakeholders across the business whilst ensuring timely, accurate delivery of key business metrics to all levels of the business.

Your work will be critical to informing and influencing key strategic decisions across the business so it is important that you are able to communicate your results in a meaningful way.

About you:

  • Expert skills in data manipulation and analysis using SQL and ETL
  • Outstanding stakeholder management skills across all levels within the organisation
  • The ability of understand the different reporting needs of cross functional teams
  • Previous track record of ensuring timely, accurate delivery of key business metrics
  • Proven ability to improve business efficiencies through streamlining high volume or high impact data and reporting processes
  • The ability to conduct Tableau training/induction for stakeholders and new employees
  • A can do attitude
