Lead Product Designer

About the role:

As Lead Product Designer you will work collaboratively with internal stakeholders (developers, data team, teaching staff etc) to unify product vision and judiciously select appropriate and achievable features to deliver the product within a set timeframe. You will be responsible for ensuring the product delivered is successful, staged and validated to improve on student experience.

This is an 8 month, part time (0.8FTE) contract role.

Must haves:

  • Proven product management/building experience, overseeing all aspects of a successful technology (eg 3 – 5 years)
  • Solid experience / interface design experience
  • Solid experience working in technology
  • Demonstrated experience with senior stakeholder management
  • Passionate about communicating the vision and strategy for a technology
  • Ensure quick speed to produce value whilst maintaining quality user experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Utilisation of logical frameworks to form recommendations and aid decision making
  • Strong problem solving skills
