Manager, Content Optimisation

The role:

Working within the Student Experience & Insights team, the Manager, Content Optimisation will be responsible for ensuring that content provided in the current ‘student hub’ is the best it can be, and contributes to increased student success.

Through use of data & analytics, this person will provide trusted recommendations to various stakeholders that will aim to optimise content and maximise student engagement.

About you: 

  • Tertiary qualification in a relevant field
  • 3+ years experience in communication or content optimisation focused role
  • Excellent interpersonal and influencing skills
  • Sound understanding of digital trends and technologies
  • Ability to meet deadlines in a continually changing, fast-paced environment
  • High attention to detail
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity and make decisions

This role is an initial 6 month contract.
