Manager, Student Support (0.6FTE)
This role is a job share opportunity, and would suit someone looking for a permanent part-time role (0.6FTE). As Manager, Student Support you will be in a hands on people focused role. Day to day you will be responsible for co-leading, developing and motivating a fantastic team of Student Advisor Team Leaders, to thrive in a high performing, values based and student-centric environment.
Previous experience in a management role within Education
A tertiary qualification is desirable
The demonstrated ability to lead, support & provide feedback
A demonstrated commitment to exemplary customer service
A belief in a culture that maximises employee & student engagement
A keen interest in providing advice & support to staff and students
Experience in an administrative role which requires coordination of functions & people
Evidence of being a hands-on self-starter with a solution-focused attitude to problem solving
Demonstrated high-level computer literacy skills
Completion of a degree with subsequent relevant work experience is advantageous
