Marketing Projects Coordinator

The role:

The Marketing Project Coordinator will provide crucial support to the Strategic Projects Manager in the delivery of projects and initiatives to enhance OES’ national and international reputation and, to ultimately deliver on an ambitious growth agenda for OES.

This will involve programs of work related to the revitalisation of the OES brand and coordination of Go-to-Market activity for existing and new products.

Day to day, you will be working with a variety of stakeholders, coordinating content creation, and ensuring the timely delivery of marketing events and projects.

About you: 

  • Tertiary qualification in a relevant field
  • At least 2 years of generalist marketing experience, preferably in a tertiary education sector, B2B environment or within a services-based organisation
  • Experience in the implementation of go-to-market strategies, including project scheduling, monitoring and evaluation
  • Understanding of project management with the ability to work on and to prioritise multiple tasks simultaneously; whilst maintaining an open dialogue around progress and any issues
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills (oral and written)
  • Ability to work and communicate with a wide variety of stakeholders both internally and externally
  • High level of attention to detail with the ability to develop, edit and proofread copy for marketing materials for a B2B audience
  • Ability and confidence to apply judgment, creativity and agility to generate new and innovative ideas
  • Energetic, enthusiastic and results focussed team player who enjoys working in a participative, empowered environment.
