Agile is a powerful lever to drive how we work here at OES which we need to make fit for purpose (along with other methodologies like Human Centred Design, Lean and Change Management) so that we have a shared way of working that becomes the new OES Way of Working.
This role will suit someone who has strong knowledge and experience across organisations who work in an Agile ‘ish” way, as well as a strong human resources background. Building capability and cross-functional collaboration will be key so your understanding of team dynamics, organisational behaviour, as well as learning and development will serve you well.
You will be a key member of a people-first Human Resources team, and will report directly into the Executive Director of Human Resources.
This role is a 6-month fixed-term contract; therefore we are looking for a motivated self-starter who will hit the ground running.
