Retention Implementation Coordinator

The role

To be successful in this role, you will have an understanding of the challenges faced by modern online students, and have previous experience working across initiatives aimed at improving retention. You will have a particular passion for education, have strong influencing and negotiation skills, and have highly developed prioritisation skills.

Day to day you will will be responsible for coordinating the implementation of a variety of initiatives aimed at improving the student experience. You will do this by engaging across multiple teams, building strong and trusted relationships with internal stakeholders whilst developing project strategies to ensure goals are achieved.

Candidates who have strong end to end project management skills are encouraged to apply.

Key responsibilities

  • Provide input into student experience/engagement initiatives
  • Develop relationships and work with teams across the business
  • Create and monitor project calendar for achieving goals and objectives in accordance with timeline
  • Ensure stakeholder views are managed towards the best solution

The must have’s

  • A tertiary qualification in a Business related field
  • Experience in project coordination
  • Communication skills to discuss and work with stakeholders across the business, particularly working across cross-functional teams
  • Experience with project management tools
