Day-to-day the Student Advisor/ Student Services Advisor is the first point of contact for students via phone, email and web chatter, dealing with a range of queries or issues. These include general academic advice, emotional support, technical assistance as well as enquiries relating to courses and University processes. Additionaly, this role provides end to end administrative support throughout the Student journey, right from enrolment through to graduation.
The Student Advisor team are built on a solid foundation of trust, teamwork, empathy and quality service. They are there to support our students and each other with a balance of fun and professionalism, with team building activities, on-going training and personal development a key part of their success.
This role is one of the most crucial in the business and is a true gateway to a successful career. Individuals are carefully selected from various backgrounds, life experience, and skills but are all bound by a sense of dedication to providing quality support to our students. We take our time in consistently recruiting inspired, friendly and passionate people for you to work alongside.
What you’ll bring:
This is a full time, permanent role and you must be available to work shifts across the following hours:
Mon-Fri 8am-9pm (AEST), and weekends and public holidays from 10am-6pm (AEST). Penalty rates apply for weekends and public holidays.
