Student Advisor

About the role

As a Student Advisor you are the first point of contact for students. The Student Advisor role is a unique role that supports students through their whole journey covering a wide range of queries, including general academic, emotional, technical as well as administrative queries.

To best support student needs, the Student Advisor role entails shift work, and highly values teamwork, empathy and quality service.

Must have’s:

  • Minimum of a bachelor level degree
  • Previous experience in a customer service focused role
  • Passionate about going the extra mile to help customers/students.

You should enjoy a structured role within a dynamic environment, and be able to work in role with shifts.

This is a full time, permanent role and you must be available to work shifts across the following hours:

Mon-Fri 8am-9pm (AEST), and weekends and public holidays from 10am-6pm (AEST). Penalty rates apply for weekends and public holidays.
