Student Experience/ Customer Journey consultant

The role:

The Student Experience Consultant position is responsible for developing a strategy that improves student experience and retention for the postgraduate student cohort. This is achieved through conducting primary research and synthesising current internal research and data, while working with the Student Experience Manager, the analytics team and key stakeholders across the business, to develop a plan to best meet the needs of postgraduate students.

About you?

  • Minimum Bachelor level qualification in a relevant field
  • Ability to develop, conduct, and deliver valid and reliable research, experience in exploratory research, customer journey mapping, and/or mental models is preferred
  • Experience in a teaching or education setting
  • Experience implementing innovative performance improvement initiatives and programs
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Natural problem solver with a solutions orientated approach
  • Comfortable with change and ability to strive in ambiguity
  • Passionate about the student experience
