Denice is a people focussed leader who inspires OES’s global team to realise world-class online learning and student experience outcomes. She complements a consultative leadership style with the commercial acumen required to steer one of Australia’s most dynamic EdTech companies.

Denice is a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, with previous CEO and leadership roles in the technology and outsourcing sectors. She is a Board Member for Royal Automobile Club of Victoria (RACV), Studiosity, Proversity and Firbank Grammar School.
