Nikki Rickard leads OES’s engagement with Monash University, ensuring the viability and high standards of Monash’s online course portfolio. With extensive experience in the tertiary education sector, Nikki employs a data-driven approach to develop and evaluate strategic interventions that enhance student experience and success.

“I love hearing from our graduates who have been able to access a career that they thought was beyond their reach because of family or work commitments. I feel that we’re contributing to diversity in the workplace by enabling so many more people to participate in higher education.”

With over 20 years’ experience as a teaching and research academic, Nikki is a passionate advocate for OES’s teaching staff, always seeking new ways to best support growth and development. Nikki also brings to OES an interest in psychological research in areas of specialist education such as positive education and music education, and is the Founding Director of digital mental healthcare company, MoodPrism.
