Ivar Berget is a key contributor to OES’s successful transformation into a global, multi-partner, multi-solution business. His strategic vision positions OES as a launchpad for new services and program innovations, always aligned to the core business purpose of supporting student success.

“My role is to ensure OES captures the opportunities ahead in new and disruptive ways. Product definition and differentiation are essential, both for OES and our partners. I am fortunate to leverage a team of creative thinkers with education, technology and business acumen to achieve this.”

Ivar’s strategy experiences spans consulting and corporate roles across several industries. A former Major in the Norwegian Army and Ministry of Defence, Ivar is an empowering leader who inspires the OES team to ‘think big’. He is also responsible for mergers and acquisitions and other collaborations with SEEK investments.
