Joe Lynch leads the UK Learning Design team, collaborating with OES’s UK partner institutions to deliver engaging and practical online learning for students. With an innovative mindset, backed up by robust learning strategies, Joe plays an integral role in ensuring the learning design for OES’s UK content is high-quality and student-centric.

Coming from a professional background in the commercial 3D design sector, Joe brings an innovative visual design perspective to learning design, cultivating a team culture that creates dynamic solutions for design problems, improving student engagement and outcomes. In 2019 Joe was recognised by the UK Higher Education Academic as Senior Fellow.
