Head of Academic Quality – UK

Liaising closely with OES’s UK partner institutions, Rachel Riley plays a key role in ensuring the high quality offering of UK courses. Prioritising OES’s global plan to transform the lives of students for whom on-campus study is not an option, Rachel leads the Academic Quality team who deliver, support, assess and administrate OES’s UK program portfolio.

Rachel brings to her role over 25 years of experience – both on-campus and online – which informs all facets of her role: hiring and supporting excellent tutors, providing personalised student support, and consistently reviewing and improving standards to ensure our students have the best possible study experience.
