An experienced analytics professional, Sacha Nouwens derives dynamic insights from student and customer data. She combines this technical expertise with her passion for education, leveraging data insights to deliver the engaging, positive online experiences that support student success. Sacha leads a talented team of learning analytics experts to understand learner behaviours and improve student retention, progression and success for OES’s university partners.

Prior to joining OES, Sacha worked in customer analytics, research and strategy within the banking, insurance and public sectors.
